Warranty Terms

  1. Customers are required to bring the product to and from our collection point whenever service is needed. Please check the updated collection point by calling our service hotline (852) 2151 9889.

  2. Free warranty service does not cover accessories such as cushion of stroller, high chair and car seat, and accessories like seat belt, canopy, basket, front guard, foot cover or storage box, etc.

  3. This warranty is invalid in the following cases: (a) If the product has been damaged out of misuse, negligence, man-made, accident, natural disaster, commercial usage and normal consumption; (b) If the product has been repaired or modified by persons other than our staff; (c) Fail to follow the installation instructions provided; (d) Items for commercial use.

  4. For any defect, in the judgement of our technicians, caused under normal usage, we are responsible for repairing and replacing parts free of charge within one year free warranty period (except accessories and some parts). Any replaced defective parts will become our property.

  5. The rights of issue and termination of this warranty belong to our company. For any uncertain or doubtful cases, after examination, our company has the right to refuse the issue of or to terminate this warranty.

  6. This warranty covers the territories of Hong Kong only. Any other certificates issued by other parties would not be accepted by us.

  7. This warranty will cease and become void immediately for any false registration, discrepancy of model number or when any alternation has been made on the purchase invoice.

  8. Repairing service cannot be provided when there are no spare parts for discontinued items.

  9. While providing service under guarantee period, customer must present the original purchase invoice for our verification, otherwise, the service would be on a charge basis.

  10. In case of any dispute, we reserve the right for final judgement and decision.
